Have an early morning PT session and then my sixth spinal injection of my new stem cells (followed by a 5 hour uncomfortable nap - don't think I will ever get used to sleeping on my back).
Will be ordering dinner from the Hospital Cafe - hmm wonder if they will have any Turkey specials (as they do get a lot of American medical guests).
